Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

We offer a free plan that allows you to try the platform before subscribing. We recommend using the free trial to ensure the platform meets your needs.

2. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period
  • The subscription will not be renewed after cancellation

3. Refund Policy

  • You can request a full refund within 7 days of subscription
  • After 7 days, the paid amount cannot be refunded
  • In case of a technical failure preventing platform use for more than 72 consecutive hours, you are entitled to a partial refund

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Consumption of more than 50% of the plan's consultations
  • Violation of terms of service
